Lindley DeGarmo

Lindley “Lin” S. DeGarmo is a Commercial Relationship Manager at Seacoast National Bank. He is responsible for overseeing commercial banking relationships, including prospect identification, facilitation of commercial loan transactions, and management of deposit and withdrawal activity. He comes to Seacoast with over 7 years of commercial banking experience.
Born and raised in Florida, Lin studied at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he attained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He continued his studies at Florida State University and later, at Webster University, earning his MBA while embarking on his banking career.
While in college, Lin worked in both the retail and commercial departments at AmSouth Bank, where he served as Small Business Development Manager. After attaining his Masters degree, he joined RBC Bank as Business Banking Relationship Manager for their Orlando offices. There, he continued to develop his aptitude for customer service, gaining valuable experience in various disciplines within commercial banking. He then worked for Wachovia’s Orlando offices in a similar role before moving to his current position at Seacoast National Bank.

Shawn Ford

Shawn is a Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager in Orlando. He has over 13 years of banking experience. As a Commercial Relationship Manager for Seacoast, Shawn offers an array of business solutions for commercial loans, business deposit accounts and treasury products for daily cash management. Shawn covers Bay Hill, Dr. Phillips and Windermere Markets.

Michael Jackson

Michael D. Jackson, President & CEO, Central Florida. Michael Jackson is a seasoned banking professional with 20 years of experience. He is responsible for the growth and operations for Seacoast National Bank in Orange, Seminole and Brevard counties. Jackson and his staff are working to position Seacoast as a leading retail bank in addition to a local business bank.He earned a Bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA.

Shane McCutchen

Shane McCutchen is Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manger in Central Florida based at the downtown Orlando office. With over 10 years of banking experience, McCutchen specializes in commercial real estate lending, equipment financing, business deposit accounts, and treasury products for daily cash management. Having grown up in Belle Isle, Florida in east Orlando, Shane comes to Seacoast after being with Wachovia Bank since 2004, where he most recently served as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager for business banking. Being a graduate of the University of Florida in 2001 with a bachelors degree in marketing, Shane is proud to be a member of the Central Florida Gator Club having held various positions within the local chapter, and is a member of both Florida Citrus Sports and Orlando Young Professionals. McCutchen predominantly covers the downtown, southern, and eastern Central Florida markets.
