Suzanne Granfield

Suzanne Granfield, a seasoned mortgage lender, has over 27 years experience in the financial services industry within the southeast Florida market. She has in-depth experience in loan processing, closing and underwriting, as well as expertise in acquisition and development, construction, quality control and compliance. Suzanne has held the positions of Associate Vice President of a mortgage company, Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer, and has provided training for processors and loan officers in the north Florida and south Georgia markets. Kevin Sargent spent many years working in broadcast television in South Bend, Indiania before relocating to Martin County and starting his career in the mortgage industry in 2006. He worked as a loan officer/mortgage department manager before joining the Seacoast mortgage lending team. Kevin has a strong commitment to his community. He is the chairman of the Martin County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and serves on the board of the Palm City Chamber of Commerce. He is the President of Harbour Pointe Owners Association and an affiliate member of the Realtor Association of Martin County.
