Trudi Onus

Trudi Onus started her mortgage banking career in 1976 in the Florida Keys. She has been active in the North Palm Beach and Martin County areas for over 18 years. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage lending from FHA, VA, USDA Rural Housing, and Construction Perm to Conventional and Jumbo financing programs.

Trudi is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce of Hobe Sound and the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors. You will see her volunteering her time for these two associations on a regular basis. On a personal note, she is a 2nd generation Florida Native!

David Yahn

David relocated to Boca Raton, FL in 1980 and started his career in mortgage lending in 1987.
As a mortgage loan originator David has become quite familiar with many neighborhoods throughout South Florida and has worked with a variety of top real estate professionals to tailor thousands of mortgages for local residents, second home buyers, residential real estate investors.
David is currently an active affiliate member of the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Board of Realtors and has donated many hours to charitable events and non-profit organizations.
